A Vice President and Highways Department Manager, Mr. Leinheiser, PE, leads the firm’s highway practice area in Pennsylvania.

Throughout his 30-plus years of experience, Mr. Leinheiser has been responsible for the design and management of a wide range of highway engineering assignments within Pennsylvania and Delaware. His experience includes developing a variety of civil design and highway design plans, including, but not limited to, horizontal and vertical alignment, traffic control, erosion control, stormwater management, cross-sections, pavement marking, drainage, and signing. His history of success includes a healthy portfolio of Design Management and Consultant Project Management, highway reconstructions, widenings, interchange improvements, bridge replacements and rehabilitations, intersection improvements, and roadway betterment projects.

A registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, Mr. Leinheiser earned his Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE).
