Mr. Mastaglio, PE, PTOE, is a nationally recognized roundabout specialist who leads Urban’s multimodal engineering practice. The team includes innovative specialists in intersection and interchange design.

Mr. Mastaglio has contributed to several high-profile roundabout projects, including the award-winning White Horse Circle Improvement Project for the Township of Hamilton, New Jersey, and the Easton Road Roundabouts, an acclaimed project delivered for PennDOT, District 6-0. His work reflects Urban’s expertise in providing peer reviews and crafting effective, forward-thinking roundabout designs for clients across the region.

Mr. Mastaglio is an appointed member of the Transportation Research Board Standing Committee on Roundabouts and other Intersection Design & Control Strategies (AKD80, former ANB75T); the Institute of Transportation Engineers National Roundabout Standing Committee; the Penn State Traffic Engineering and Safety Conference Committee; and the Every Day Counts Committee.

Mr. Mastaglio graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
