Ms. Gancz, PE, LEED AP, is the Municipal Services Department Manager, focusing on delivering high-quality transportation and infrastructure projects. Ms. Gancz has been with the firm since 2007 and since been involved in several significant initiatives throughout Philadelphia, including the Roosevelt Boulevard Direct Bus Improvements and the South Broad Street Intersection Modifications. Ms. Gancz is part of the team currently working on the innovative Old City Vision Zero Market Street Improvements Project.

Ms. Gancz serves as the President of WTS Philadelphia and actively participates in the Urban Women’s Professional Network, which provides resources and professional development opportunities for others in the firm. Ms. Gancz has also been a mentor through the WTS Philadelphia Mentoring Program.

Ms. Gancz earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University.
