With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Marraffino brings extensive expertise in construction management, inspection, and client support services. He specializes in monitoring contractors’ progress and the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Mr. Marraffino has provided construction services for major bridge replacement and roadway rehabilitation projects with PennDOT and the City of Philadelphia. Currently, he is supporting PennDOT on the reconstruction of the I-95 corridor, contributing to both the Betsy Ross Interchange and Bridge Street Interchange projects. In addition, he is providing construction management services for the City of Philadelphia’s Schuylkill River Swing Bridge project.

Mr. Marraffino earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology from Penn State University.
