With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Buchek brings extensive expertise in construction management and inspection, claims analysis, and project scheduling. As the Construction General Manager, he leads the firm’s construction services team and oversees the delivery of high-quality, well-executed projects.

Throughout his career, he has led and supported Urban’s staff on major infrastructure initiatives for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT), Maryland State Highway Administration (MDSHA), New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT), the City of Philadelphia, and Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). His leadership, technical insight, and commitment to excellence have contributed to the successful completion of numerous complex transportation and public infrastructure projects.

Mr. Buchek received his bachelor’s in information systems, summa cum laude, from Widener University. He is actively involved in the Construction Management Association of America, Mid-Atlantic Chapter, where he has served as a past board member and treasurer.
