Ms. Waters, PE, LEED AP, has been with the firm for more than 20 years and serves as a Vice President and Eastern Pennsylvania Market Area Leader. Ms. Waters is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in six states and has extensive experience in diverse environmental and sustainability fields. Her background includes providing sustainable solutions to complex infrastructure, residential, commercial, industrial, educational, and recreational property development/redevelopment projects.

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Systems Engineering from Penn State University and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Drexel University.

Ms. Waters is currently on the board of the Greater Valley Forge TMA (Transportation Management Association), The 82 Alliance, and WTS Philadelphia. She is active in the Urban Land Institute and American Society of Civil Engineers, where she was a contributing author of the 2022 Pennsylvania Infrastructure Report Card.

In 2024, Ms. Waters was honored as the WTS Philadelphia Woman of the Year and named a City & State PA Trailblazer in Building and Infrastructure.
