Our Role
Urban designed the building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Hot water boilers supply water for baseboard radiation along the perimeter of each apartment, and individual ducted air handlers provide cooling. The air handlers are water-cooled, self-contained units connected to an air-cooled condenser on the roof.
Located in a vibrant part of the city, these homes offer luxury living designed with quality engineering services.
