With more than 20 years of diverse experience in the construction industry, Mr. Baus has led several complex projects from inception to completion. As the Client Manager/Cost Estimating Team Leader, he provides valuable expertise as an estimator, project engineer, quality control inspector, and project manager. His extensive experience includes overseeing single and multi-prime contracts and estimating multi-million-dollar projects.
Mr. Baus is a Certified Construction Manager, Certified Professional Estimator, and Claims Consulting Expert. He is also recognized as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, an Envision Sustainability Professional, and a Nationally Certified Professional in Mediation. This multifaceted expertise brings numerous advantages to his projects, including project management, cost management, time management, quality assurance, contract administration, safety, and claims management.
Mr. Baus ’s expertise extends beyond estimating and management to include contributions to constructability reviews, value engineering, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Mr. Baus earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology and a Master of Business Administration with a Finance Specialization from Holy Family University. He is working toward his Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, with an Organizational Leadership Specialization, at Holy Family University.
