Mr. Archibald, PE, PTOE, serves as Traffic Department Manager. With more than 35 years of experience in the transportation industry, Mr. Archibald has extensive traffic engineering and project management expertise.

Mr. Archibald has worked with numerous public sector clients across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. His experience includes a wide range of significant infrastructure projects, including the design of new transportation facilities, roadway reconstruction, and intersection/interchange improvements. He has successfully managed multiple open-end agreements, leading multidisciplinary teams for local, state, and tolling authority clients.

Mr. Archibald is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Florida, and North Carolina. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
