As Interim Aviation Department Manager, Parshva Shah, PE, ENV SP, leads the overall operations, strategic direction, and performance of the Aviation Department. With over 15 years of experience in civil engineering, Parsh has a well-rounded background in project management, site and airfield design, and construction administration.
His work spans a range of infrastructure improvements, from roadway realignments and public space redevelopments to complex terminal-area and airfield projects. Parsh is known for his ability to manage multi-faceted efforts from planning through delivery, while fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and agency partners.
Parsh has served as a trusted partner to numerous public agencies and airports, including the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ), Connecticut Airport Authority (CAA), Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), and Trenton–Mercer Airport (TTN).
Parsh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from Columbia University. Parsh is a licensed Professional Engineer in both New York and Connecticut and is certified as an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP).
He remains actively engaged in the industry through his involvement with professional organizations such as the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), Airport Consultants Council (ACC), American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and Women in Transportation (WTS).
