Mr. Felici collaborates closely with Urban's executive team in this strategic leadership role to shape and advance the organization's people-focused initiatives. He oversees HR functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and employee retention.

Mr. Felici brings more than two decades of human resources management experience across not-for-profit and for-profit sectors. His expertise spans high-growth industries, including consulting, insurance, pharmaceuticals, legal services, retail, manufacturing, customer care, and consumer products. With a proven track record in both U.S.-based and global HR operations, Mr. Felici is known for developing inclusive workplace cultures, driving collaboration, and leading transformative change within professional services and other industries.

Mr. Felici holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of New Hampshire and has completed graduate-level courses towards a Master's Degree in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania.
