Jeff is the Business Leader for Pennsylvania at Urban.  Jeff brings over 25 years of industry experience, including many successful roles in engineering, project management, and leadership. He has successfully delivered large-scale transportation projects for prominent agencies, including PennDOT, Pennsylvania Turnpike, NJDOT, Amtrak, SEPTA, and the Port Authority of NY & NJ.

In his role, Jeff is responsible for the administration of the firm’s management and technical staff, maintaining relationships, and participating in the delivery of Urban’s projects to ensure results are in line with our mission to be our clients’ first choice by providing consistent, quality services.

A graduate of Penn State University, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in seven states. He is also an active member of the American Society of Highway Engineers and chairs the Delaware River Port Authority/Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission Committee for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Pennsylvania (ACEC/PA).

In his community, Jeff serves on the Upper Darby Township Planning Commission and the Board of Directors for the Darby Creek and Muckinipattes Sewer Authorities.
