Jeanne Cotter serves as Vice President, Operational Excellence and brings more than 35 years of experience in quality and safety management, operational management, and improvement to this critical position.

In her role, Ms. Cotter focuses on building a firm-wide framework for operational excellence that supports strategic growth and strengthens Urban’s long-term ESOP value. This includes leading multi-year initiatives to improve margins, increase utilization, and enhance project predictability while establishing governance across operations. Ms. Cotter also focuses on enhancing scalable operational infrastructure capable of supporting growth and expansion.

A central component of this role is improving project delivery and financial performance through excellent project lifecycle management, which includes optimization of project management and oversight, quality management, and safety management.

Ms. Cotter is a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) through the American Society for Quality (ASQ). She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Point Park University. She is a longtime member of ASQ and previously held leadership roles within the Pittsburgh Chapter.
