Mr. Farley has more than 20 years of experience at Urban, building and managing all aspects of the firm’s technological needs. Mr. Farley has been a leader in developing and improving an infrastructure that supports Urban’s fast-growing mobile workforce.

He is also responsible for assisting with all aspects of the IT department's day-to-day operations. Throughout his time at the firm, Glenn has helped build and manage a talented, collaborative IT team. Urban continues to benefit from his strategic approach to resolving complex, critical technical issues quickly.
