Edward C. Fronckiewicz, Jr., Esq., Vice President and General Counsel, applies his 15+ years of experience to manage the legal affairs of the firm and oversee the firm’s legal department.
Ed provides senior management legal advice and guidance on a wide variety of issues including contracts, procurement, compliance, dispute resolution, insurance services and litigation management. He has handled specific legal issues, such as regulatory actions, negotiating and drafting contracts, conducting legal and industry analysis to prepare risk prevention strategy, and managing major legal projects and initiatives.
Outside of the office, Ed and his family enjoy spending time at the Jersey Shore, going to the movies and maintaining their vegetable garden.
Ed graduated from Rider University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Widener University-Delaware Law School. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts, District of New Jersey. He and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the ACEC Legal Counsel Forum, ASFE Advocates Assembly, and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
