Mr. Fronckiewicz, Jr., Esq., Senior Vice President, General Counsel, applies his more than 15 years of experience to manage the legal affairs and oversee the firm’s legal department.

Mr. Fronczkiewicz provides senior management legal advice and guidance on a wide variety of issues, including contracts, procurement, compliance, dispute resolution, insurance services, and litigation management. He has handled specific legal issues, including regulatory actions, negotiating and drafting contracts, conducting legal and industry analyses to develop a risk-prevention strategy, and managing major legal projects and initiatives.

A graduate of Rider University, Mr. Fronczkiewicz earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Juris Doctor degree from the Widener University-Delaware Law School. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts, District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the ACEC Legal Counsel Forum, ASFE Advocates Assembly, and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
