Danielle Eisenstock has more than a decade of experience creating and leading impactful learning strategies that enhance business performance and encourage employee development. As the Learning and Development Manager, she plays a central role in building a culture of continuous learning at Urban.
Certified as an Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD), Danielle has demonstrated expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and learning technologies. She has led the company’s transition to a scalable, learner-first system—successfully implementing a new learning management system (LMS) and launching digital learning programs including technical, project management, and soft skills development.
She collaborates closely with leadership to develop learning initiatives that align with the firm's strategic goals and workforce development needs. By using data-driven insights, Danielle consistently creates programs that enhance skills, boost engagement, and contribute to long-term business success.
Danielle is currently pursuing her MBA and is an active member of organizations like WTS International (WTS).
