Mr. Bobrowski, CPA, CFE, serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing more than 20 years of financial leadership to the firm. Since joining Urban in 2019, he has played a key role in enhancing the company’s financial systems, controls, and strategic direction.

As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Mr. Bobrowski brings an expansive background in audit, compliance, and financial operations to his responsibilities, which include overseeing the firm’s financial strategy, fiscal governance, and operational efficiency across all departments.

Prior to joining Urban, Mr. Bobrowski spent 12 years in public accounting, supporting various industries, including professional services, construction and engineering, government, manufacturing, and not-for-profit organizations. His experience spans financial statement attestation, budgeting, internal controls, accounts receivable management, staff training, and operational analysis.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and is actively involved with the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
