As Urban’s paralegal, Chamia works directly with the firm’s General Counsel on a wide range of corporate legal matters, including commercial and government contracts, litigation, insurance claims, and regulatory compliance. She also oversees the Qualification, Control, and Evaluation of Externally Provided Services process of Urban’s Quality Management System (QMS) and has conducted internal QMS audits on various processes. 

Chamia’s responsibilities include reviewing corporate policies, RFPs, and legal documents; managing insurance lines in collaboration with brokers; coordinating with Claim Examiners and outside counsel on various matters; and conducting legal research on statutes, case law, and other relevant sources. She also supports the maintenance of corporate records and document retention processes.

In addition, Chamia partners with Urban’s Safety Department as part of her broader risk management responsibilities.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University.
