Andy Cushman is the Director of Business Development and Proposals in charge of the firm’s marketing, business development, and strategic efforts. With more than 20 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry, he brings critical thinking to tactically execute and lead internal and external communications, branding and marketing, and teaming and project pursuit strategies to achieve bottom-line results.

A prolific writer with exceptional editing skills, Andy has an ability to dissect challenges and deliver tailored solutions addressing clients’ needs. He has proven success supporting technical professionals and managing staff across geographic regions with an infectious attitude that spurs collaboration, drives growth, and enhances the firm's market position.

Andy earned a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in communication from La Salle University in Philadelphia. He is actively involved in several industry associations, including SMPS and WTS.
