Mr. Royston, PE, CCM, is a Vice President and leads the firm’s Program Management Oversight (PMO) efforts for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) projects nationwide. With more than two decades of experience in infrastructure program management, Mr. Royston brings technical knowledge and a proven track record of delivering complex, federally funded capital programs.

A registered Professional Engineer (PE) in six states, Mr. Royston has successfully managed billion-dollar infrastructure investments, coordinating compliance, risk mitigation, and timely project delivery.

In addition to his PMO leadership, Mr. Royston has significantly advanced Urban’s Special Inspections Practice. His efforts contributed to the firm’s entry into the Philadelphia market, where Urban provided inspection services for the $1.2 billion Comcast Innovation and Technology Center, one of the country's tallest and most technically advanced buildings.
