Urban is pleased to announce that Matthew Reese, PE, AICP, has been promoted to deputy practice leader for site/land development. Mr. Reese has 10 years of experience and was elevated to this new role after successfully serving as a project manager with the firm.

We look forward to his continued development and leadership in our site design practice.”
Mr. Reese is a licensed professional engineer and American Institute of Certified Planners professional with engineering and design experience. His work has touched areas across the country and around the world. His areas of specialization include stormwater management; site design; erosion and sedimentation control; utility coordination and relocation; land development design and permitting; hydraulic and hydrologic studies and reports; construction administration; and coordination with design professionals. Mr. Reese’s experience includes designs for parks, trails, plazas, college campuses, sports fields, retail spaces, and housing units for campus, municipalities, federal agencies, and developers. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a degree in civil engineering.
