The Montgomery County office will be managed by Ms. Waters, who also serves as office manager for the firm’s Philadelphia headquarters. The firm has been involved with many projects located in Montgomery County, including those for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, PennDOT District 6-0, Norfolk Southern, townships within the county, and the county itself.
