The new location -- One Gateway Center, 420 Fort Duquesne Boulevard, Suite 1852, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 -- reflects the firm’s continued growth throughout the Commonwealth and reinforces its commitment to providing transportation and infrastructure services throughout Pennsylvania.

Located in downtown Pittsburgh, the office positions Urban in the heart of the city’s business and transportation hub. This strategic location enhances the firm’s ability to deliver high-quality services to clients, including the City of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Regional Transit (PRT), and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). In serving the Pittsburgh region, Urban will bring its proven approach—being highly responsive to client needs, offering thoughtful solution options with clear advantages and trade-offs, and developing trust and collaboration between teams.

Urban is currently playing a vital role in enhancing Pittsburgh's infrastructure through involvement in the city-wide LED Streetlight Upgrade Initiative. Our team is also providing support to Pittsburgh Regional Transit (PRT) on various projects at different stages of design and construction. Urban’s notable projects include:
