Urban Engineers, Inc., an employee-owned, multidisciplinary firm specializing in planning, engineering design, environmental, and construction services, is pleased to announce that Mark Felici has joined the firm as Director of Human Resources (HR).

 

In this strategic leadership role, Mark will collaborate closely with Urban's executive management team to shape and advance the organization's people-focused initiatives. He will oversee HR functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and employee retention.

 

Mark brings over two decades of human resources management experience across not-for-profit and for-profit sectors. His expertise spans high-growth industries such as consulting, insurance, pharmaceuticals, legal services, retail, manufacturing, customer care, and consumer products. With a proven track record in both U.S.-based and global HR operations, Mark is known for developing inclusive workplace cultures, driving collaboration, and leading transformative change within professional services and other industries.

 

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of New Hampshire and has completed graduate coursework in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania.
