“As our presence in California continues to grow, the opening of this office became inevitable,” said Vice President and Western Region Manager Albert Scala. “With transit and on-going project management assignments, we are expanding Urban’s reach in California and beyond.”

The new office allows the firm to better provide project management, transportation planning, design, and construction services to a wide array of clients, including the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority and the Federal Transit Administration. Urban has been strategically located in California since 2014.
