Urban Appoints Patrick McCormick to Its Board of Directors

Urban Engineers, an employee-owned company, is pleased to announce that Patrick McCormick has joined the firm’s board of directors as an external member. Mr. McCormick is a successful business leader who is currently the managing partner of PMCC Ventures.

Mr. McCormick is the founder of PMCC Ventures, a consulting and interim leadership firm that focuses on helping clients improve their business performance. With more than 40 years of experience, Mr. McCormick has had significant hands-on leadership experience in devising and executing significant strategy, change, and improvement processes. His diverse industry and management experience – coupled with a strong financial background and substantial expertise in many facets of business strategy and operations – afford him the ability to quickly understand, analyze, and assess current situations and devise game plans to create and sustain value.

 

A graduate of St. Joseph’s University, Mr. McCormick received dual degrees in management/marketing and accounting. While in school, he took on many student leadership positions, something that he continued in his professional life. Mr. McCormick began his career at an audit firm, led the growth of its management consulting practice, and went on to serve as a chief financial officer and chief operating officer, as well as managing partner, for different organizations.
