Rick Baus III, MBA, CCM, CPE, CMI-CCE, ACIArb, Construction Specialist/Deputy Project Manager for Urban Engineers, has earned the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).

The CCM certification signifies that the individual has met stringent standards in education, experience, and professional practice and has passed a comprehensive 4-hour examination covering key aspects demonstrating their expertise in construction management. The CCM credential is recognized as a mark of professional excellence and demonstrates a commitment to the construction management profession.

Rick was also selected as one of only ten professionals to join this year's prestigious Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Emerging Leaders Program Cohort.

"I am deeply honored to have earned the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential from CMAA. This certification underscores my dedication to maintaining the highest standards in construction management and helping to deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectations. I am grateful for the support of my colleagues at Urban Engineers, Inc., and I look forward to continuing to contribute to the success of our projects, our clients' expectations, and the advancement of our profession," shared Rick.

The CMAA Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is built around five core elements to help facilitate and encourage interactive engagement with professional construction managers and industry experts.
