Urban Engineers is thrilled to announce that it has been named to the Philadelphia Inquirer's Top Workplaces list in the Philadelphia region for the 15th consecutive year. The firm ranked 16th in the midsize company category, which recognized 50 companies. A total of 150 organizations were recognized within small, midsize, and large categories.
"We are thrilled to once again be recognized as a Top Workplace for the 15th year in a row. This honor is a true reflection of the hard work and dedication of our outstanding team members, who continue to make our organization an exceptional place to work. We firmly believe that our employees' success directly translates to our organization's success, and this award reinforces our belief in this principle," Meredith Clark, PHR, Urban Vice President and Director of Human Resources.
In its fifteenth year, The Philadelphia Inquirer's Top Workplaces Awards program recognizes the best employers in Greater Philadelphia in the public, private, nonprofit, and government sectors. The Philadelphia Inquirer partners with research company Energage to administer online surveys to employees of nominated companies. Employees answer 24 survey questions, and companies are ranked based on the results of these voluntary, anonymous surveys.
