Urban is proud to announce that Kevin Conway and Arkadiy Landa, LEED AP BD+C, have been recognized by the 82 Alliance as Emerging Mobility Champions Under 40. This award acknowledges rising professionals developing innovative transportation solutions to enhance quality of life through engineering, planning, policy, technology, public outreach, and creative commuting programs that drive meaningful, lasting change.

Kevin Conway, an Environmental Scientist at Urban, contributes to projects that strengthen transportation networks, public spaces, and environmental stewardship. His multimodal work includes the Elk County Roundabout Study, FDR Park Nature Phase, Rail Park, and SEPTA’s Ardmore Busway – all of which support the development of safer, more accessible, and more sustainable infrastructure. Through thoughtful environmental analysis, he helps advance transit improvements, commuting alternatives, and open-space enhancements that foster healthier, more connected communities.

Arkadiy Landa, LEED AP BD+C, represents the next generation of mobility leaders by blending technical expertise with a strong commitment to sustainable, community-focused development. A certified Project Manager, LEED AP BD+C, and an EIT, he leads complex transportation initiatives that enhance mobility and resilience throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. His contributions to the NJ TRANSIT County Yard, Chester Rail Feasibility Study, SEPTA Trolley Modernization Program, and the Port Authority of Allegheny County Digital Signage Improvements demonstrate his dedication to building modern, efficient, and equitable systems.

“Kevin and Arkadiy represent the passion, innovation, and professionalism that drive our mission forward,” said James A. Bilella, II, PE, President and CEO of Urban. “Their work is helping to shape safer, more sustainable mobility solutions for the clients and communities we proudly serve.”
