Urban Engineers is proud to announce that John Citrone, PE, and Nick Loberto, PE, have been recognized by the Greater Valley Forge Transportation Management Association (GVF) as Transportation Demand Management (TDM) professionals under 40. This award honors emerging leaders who are creating innovative transportation solutions to improve quality of life through engineering, planning, and promoting sustainable commuting alternatives.

John Citrone, PE, Deputy Project Manager – Highway Engineer at Urban, has contributed to significant transportation infrastructure projects. His work on the reconstruction and widening of Lafayette Street improved access to Route 202 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike while enhancing pedestrian and bike paths linked to the Schuylkill River Trail. John's expertise extends to roundabouts and bridge replacement projects, including his recent completion of four roundabout projects as part of PennDOT District 6-0's Roundabout Program.
Nick Loberto, PE, Construction Manager at Urban, has over a decade of experience improving transportation infrastructure. He played a key role in the SR 95, Section BS2 project in Philadelphia, part of the larger I-95 Reconstruction Project. His work included roadway reconstruction, bridge repair, and the installation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), making the area safer and more accessible for all forms of transportation.
