Jessica Nolan Recognized Among Most Influential Women of 2026

Jessica Nolan, CMIT, Project Coordinator at Urban, has been included on the Most Influential Women 2026 list by Influential Women. This recognition highlights women whose work, leadership, and dedication are making a meaningful impact in their fields.

 

Ms. Nolan, who has more than 16 years of administrative and operational experience, is currently helping guide multi-million-dollar federally funded transportation initiatives in partnership with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority (PRHTA), and Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT). Her work includes supporting projects from bridge rehabilitations and signal upgrades to emergency rail infrastructure restoration and capital improvement programs.

Her work supports several major programs, including the $3 billion FTA Program Management Oversight (PMO) for Region 1 MBTA Core Capacity and Accessibility Projects and the $390 million FTA PMO for Region 4 PRHTA Emergency Relief projects for Tren Urbano. She has also contributed to key bridge, signal, and safety improvement projects for the CTDOT across the state.

 

Committed to professional development, Ms. Nolan earned the Construction Manager in Training (CMIT) Level 1 designation, is working toward Level 2, and holds OSHA 10 Construction Safety certification. In addition to her work at Urban, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Chapter of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), where she helps support industry standards and professional development programs.
