Jeffrey Roken Recognized as a 2025 City & State Pennsylvania Infrastructure Honoree

Urban is excited to announce that Senior Vice President and Pennsylvania Business Unit Director, Jeffrey Roken, PE, has been named a 2025 City & State Pennsylvania Infrastructure Honoree for his contribution to the Commonwealth. This honor recognizes professionals whose work contributes to the planning, development, and maintenance of the roads, bridges, buildings, transportation, digital, and energy systems that serve the Commonwealth. The honorees represent leaders helping to support and improve the infrastructure that communities across Pennsylvania rely on every day.

 

Mr. Roken has more than 25 years of industry experience, including many successful roles in engineering, project management, and leadership. He has successfully delivered large-scale, complex transportation projects for prominent agencies, including the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Amtrak, and SEPTA.

 

“I’m honored to be recognized as a 2025 City & State Pennsylvania Infrastructure Honoree and to be included among so many respected leaders across the Commonwealth,” said Roken. “This recognition reflects the collaborative efforts of the talented teams and partners I have the privilege to work with, and I’m proud to contribute to projects that strengthen infrastructure and support the communities we serve.”

 

Outside of Urban, Mr. Roken is active in giving back to the industry and his local communities. He is a Board Member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Pennsylvania (ACEC/PA) and is an active member of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE). Mr. Roken chairs the Upper Darby Township Planning Commission and serves on the Board of Directors of the Darby Creek and Muckinipates Sewer Authorities.
