Urban is proud to announce that Rose Rinker, PE, has been recognized by the Greater Valley Forge Transportation Management Association (GVF) as a Top Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Professional Under 40. This award honors leaders who are using innovative transportation solutions to improve access and promote sustainable commuting alternatives.

“GVF presents the Top TDM Professionals Under 40 awards to ambitious leaders in our industry who are working to find creative solutions to improve our quality of life through TDM,” said Rob Henry, GVF’s Executive Director. “Congratulations to Rose. Our long-time partner Urban Engineers has been a consistent and strong supporter of TDM and GVF, and we truly appreciate our partnership, working together to improve our region.”
