Urban is pleased to announce that Edward C. Fronczkiewicz, Jr., Esq., has been promoted to General Counsel. A Vice President of the firm, Mr. Fronczkiewicz previously served as Assistant Counsel. He succeeds Urban’s first General Counsel, Bruce M. Mundorf Esq., who will remain with the firm until his retirement this December.

Fulmer, PE. “He has shown an acute grasp of our firm’s diverse legal and business needs, and his direction of risk management initiatives and other programs have proven his leadership abilities.”
For the past eight years, Mr. Fronczkiewicz has proficiently provided legal guidance on a wide variety of issues for Urban, including contracts, procurement, compliance, dispute resolution, insurance services and litigation management. He has handled specific legal issues, such as regulatory actions, negotiating and drafting contracts, conducting legal and industry analysis to prepare risk prevention strategy, and managing major legal projects and initiatives.
Mr. Fronczkiewicz graduated from Rider University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Widener University School of Law. With more than 15 years of experience, he is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts, District of New Jersey. He and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the ACEC Legal Counsel Forum, ASFE Advocates Assembly, and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
