Urban is pleased to announce Abbey Gancz, PE, LEED AP, was named Member of the Year at WTS Philadelphia’s annual awards gala at Vie. The honor is given to a local WTS chapter member who has made extraordinary contributions to the success of the organization.

“It is a huge honor to be recognized by WTS Philadelphia as Member of the Year,” said Ms. Ganz. “WTS has been a very important organization to me for many years and has been a key factor in my professional growth. I am humbled by this award and look forward to giving back and helping other younger members achieve their professional goals.”

“WTS prides itself on devoted membership, and we are excited to annually recognize someone who has gone above and beyond for the chapter,” said Emily Watts, WTS Philadelphia’s awards committee chair. “Abbey has been a tremendous asset for WTS, dedicating so much time to planning, coordinating, and mentoring for our organization. We could not be more excited to name her the 2019 Member of the Year Award.”

Ms. Gancz has demonstrated extraordinary commitment to the WTS Philadelphia Chapter for over 10 years, most recently on the organization’s board as recording secretary. She is extremely goal driven, dedicated, and passionate to perform at a high level. Her diligent and hardworking ethic is apparent in all of her duties.
