A Vice President and Highways Department Manager, Michael G. Leinheiser, PE, leads the firm’s highway practice area in Pennsylvania.

Throughout his 30-plus years of experience, Mike has been responsible for the design and management of a wide range of highway engineering assignments within Pennsylvania and Delaware. His experience includes developing all types of civil design and highway design plans, including, but not limited to, horizontal and vertical alignment, traffic control, erosion control, stormwater management, cross-sections, pavement marking, drainage, and signing. His history of success includes a healthy portfolio of total highway reconstructions, widenings, interchange improvements, bridge replacements and rehabilitations, and roadway betterment projects.

A Certified Professional Engineer in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, Mike earned his Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE).
