For almost 30 years, Mike has dedicated himself to serving as a leader in making improvements in all phases of civil engineering and bridge design. His expertise includes designing composite steel girders and prestressed concrete beam bridges, bridge rehabilitation, retaining structures, bridge inspection, and three-dimensional modeling. His portfolio of experience is filled with complex projects performed for DOT and highway agencies, transit authorities, and municipal clients.

A licensed Professional Engineer in 5 states, Mike earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University and a master’s in engineering management from Drexel University. He is a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), the American Railway Engineering & Maintenance of Right-of-Way Association (AREMA), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE), and the American Council for Engineering Companies (ACEC).

Outside of the office, his passion is helping others, whether it's getting involved in local school programs, coaching local sports teams, volunteering in the community, or helping with educational organizations such as the Future City Competition.
