Jeanne Cotter, CQE, CQA, serves as the firm’s Corporate Quality Manager. She has over 30 years of experience in quality management development and implementation.

In her role, Jeanne is responsible for developing and maintaining Urban’s Quality Management System (QMS). She works closely with the management team and with employees across the firm’s offices and market sectors on process implementation and improvement initiatives. Her responsibilities include managing the quality audit program; leading periodic Quality Management Reviews; reporting to executive management on the performance of the QMS and recommendations for improvement; and identifying and implementing continuous improvement throughout the firm.

 An American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Quality Auditor, Jeanne earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Point Park University. She is a longtime member of ASQ and previously held leadership positions in the Pittsburgh Chapter.
