Urban is pleased to announce that Danielle Eisenstock, APTD, has been promoted to manager of training and development. Ms. Eisenstock previously served as a training and development specialist.

A graduate of Ursinus College, Ms. Eisenstock is an Associate Professional in Talent Development with almost ten years of experience. She uses her knowledge of human behavior and advanced critical thinking skills to help organize the courses and the classroom – either virtual or in-person – to fit the learners’ needs. In addition, she manages the accreditations and compliance for continuing education at Urban, including the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), the Registered Continuing Education Program (RCEP), the International Code Council (ICC), and the Uniform Construction Code (UCC). The Urban Training Institute offers professional development opportunities for the entire A/E/C community, who can participate in the Institute’s classes from anywhere in the world through an online connection. Since its inception, the program has been responsible for awarding over 15,000 professional development hours to its participants.
