Parker Named Buffalo Office Manager

Urban Engineers of New York D.P.C. is pleased to announce that Paul Parker, PE, has been promoted to Vice President and Office Manager for the firm’s Buffalo location.  Parker  has more than 30 years experience managing design and construction projects in the transportation industry throughout 
New York.

 

Having spent the last five years with Urban, Parker started his career (24 years) with the New York State Department of Transportation as Junior Engineer and progressed to Project Engineer, and served 10 years with the New York State Thruway Authority as Construction Supervisor.

 

Parker is replacing the retiring Donald Smith.  Parker has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Tri-State University and a Master’s Degree from
SUNY Buffalo.
