Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Joseph P. McAtee, PE, was recently honored with a Life Membership certificate from the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Philadelphia Section. This certificate recognizes McAtee’s many years of dedication to the engineering profession and lifelong support of ASCE.

McAtee joined Urban Engineers in 1967 and became one of its principal owners in 1993. A graduate of Drexel University with a bachelor’s in civil engineering, he is an active member of numerous professional societies. In 2001, ASCE, Philadelphia Section, named him “Civil Engineer of the Year.”
