Urban Civil Designer Patrick Williams, who is an elected member of the Drexel University Alumni Association Board of Governors, spoke at this year’s commencement for Drexel’s College of Engineering and the School of Biomedical Engineering, Science and Health Systems. Mr. Williams has extensive engineering design experience, including work on projects for airports and on-site development. His specialties include the design of utilities and roadways, coordination for environmental permitting, and basic stormwater management calculations for residential properties.
