Robert Snowden - Urban's New Castle office manager and a vice president - is a registered Professional Engineer and attorney with management and litigation support experience in highway, bridge, and environmental construction. Having been employed by departments of transportation, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, he has become proficient in the procedures and resources necessary to successfully execute the management of major transportation facility rehabilitation construction projects. While at Urban, Mr. Snowden has managed construction management and inspection contracts with the Maryland State Highway Administration and the Maryland Transportation Authority. He has a wealth of experience in issue resolution and documentation, change order preparation, shop drawing processing, CPM scheduling, and conducting project meetings and preparing minutes. Mr. Snowden's high level of leadership and management experience is an important asset in establishing a professional construction management team.
