The office is located in Innovation Park, a business campus that provides tenants with access to The Pennsylvania State University’s (PSU) scientific, engineering, technology and business resources. It features easy access to I-99 and US 220/322, while also being close to the PSU University Park Campus.

Marquardt, PE, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Design said. “With its scenic grounds and top facilities, Innovation Park is a great place to host and service clients, as well as attract the best talent from the region.”

The new location in State College combines with Urban’s Mechanicsburg office to create a robust presence in central Pennsylvania. Senior Project Manager Diane Purdy, PE, who has 25 years of experience in management and design of transportation projects, bridges, transit facilities, and building structures, is based in the new office. She will be involved with client development, strategic teaming, technical oversight, and staff growth. A graduate of PSU and local resident, she is familiar with clients such as the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and PSU.
