 David Palmer, PE, has been promoted to Director of Construction Management. In this position, he will be responsible for managing field staff and quality of services provided to clients within Pennsylvania and western New York, and business development.

 

A Professional Engineer in PA, Mr. Palmer has extensive experience in providing construction services to a range of clients, which include the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), New York State Thruway Authority, New Jersey Turnpike Authority, South Jersey Transportation Authority and Philadelphia Parking Authority. He has managed such recent projects as PennDOT’s two-year, $19 million SR 202 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act paving project, a 3.5-year, $71 million, access ramp construction in the City of Chester, PA, and reconstruction of US 202, a seven-year, five-project, $250 million reconstruction contract.

 

Mr. Palmer graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from State University of New York and is a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers, Delaware Chapter.
