As Vice President and Office/Regional Manager, Vince Pielli, PE, oversees the strategic initiatives, marketing, quality assurance, and operations of the Maryland, New Jersey, and Delaware offices.


Vince has over 30 years of extensive experience in contract administration, project management and technical assistance for management and design of on-call highway, transit, airport, planning, and construction contracts. His diverse portfolio of experience includes planning, design, and construction of various types of horizontal and vertical transportation type projects. Specifically, he has been involved with the development of project criteria, risk analysis, QA/QC audits, planning studies, ADA compliance audits and design, public outreach, development of preliminary and final design plans, hydrologic/hydraulic design, storm drain and stormwater management design/reports, sediment and erosion control design, signing, marking and lighting, maintenance of traffic and construction phasing plans, preparation of contract specifications, cost estimates, project scheduling and budgeting, and quality control.


When not in the office, Vince enjoys reading at the beach and family outings.  


A Registered Professional Engineer in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania, Vince earned his master’s in transportation engineering from the University of Maryland and his bachelor’s in civil engineering from Clarkson University. He is an active member of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) committee chairman for 2015 National Convention in Baltimore, the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC/MD), in which he holds a directorship position and oversees the ACEC County Liaison Committee (CEAM), and the County Engineers’ Associations of Maryland.
