Urban designed the building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Hot water boilers supply water for baseboard radiation at the perimeter of each apartment. Individual ducted air handlers provide cooling. The air handlers are water-cooled, self-contained units connected to an air-cooled condenser on the roof.
