Urban Engineers is pleased to announce the addition of Gregory J. Lebo, PE, who will lead the firm’s Mechanicsburg, PA office. Mr. Lebo will be responsible for all aspects of the firm’s design operations throughout the central portion of Pennsylvania.

A registered Professional Engineer in multiple states, Mr. Lebo brings 28 years of diverse experience to the firm. His portfolio includes a wide range of projects throughout Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic, which have utilized various agency funding sources and procedures. His expertise encompasses an array of engineering, planning, construction, and environmental services for transportation-related projects.

Mr. Lebo currently serves as District Coordinator for the Keystone Transportation Funding Coalition and is involved with numerous ACEC/PA committees. Additionally, he is actively involved with several professional organizations, which include the American Council of Engineering Companies (PA Chapter), American Society of Highway Engineers, Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the American Society of Civil Engineers. He earned his bachelor’s in civil engineering and master’s in coursework for civil engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
