To further its commitment to the professional and public communities associated with the Marcellus Shale industry, Urban Engineers (Urban) has joined the Marcellus Shale Coalition.
According to its website, “the Marcellus Shale Coalition is an organization committed to the responsible development of natural gas from the Marcellus Shale geological formation and the enhancement of the region’s economy that can be realized by this clean-burning energy source. The members of the coalition work with our partners across the region to address issues with regulators, local, county, state and federal government officials and communities about all aspects of producing clean-burning, job-creating natural gas from the Marcellus Shale.”
“Urban’s affiliation with the Marcellus Shale Coalition is an important step in growing our Energy and Marcellus Shale Division.” stated Urban’s Vice President of Energy and Marcellus Shale, John Conroy. “We look forward to strengthening existing relationships and developing new ones with the various leaders in this industry.”
