The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) recently selected Urban Engineers (Urban) for a general engineering service contract for construction claims. The duration of the assignment will be for two years during which Urban will assist each Agency’s Office of Construction with the evaluation of construction claims, negotiation of claims settlements, and other related assignments, as well as assisting the Agencies’ General Counsel, when required.

In making the announcement, Edward M. D’Alba, President and CEO of Urban, stated, “Urban is delighted that ODOT has selected our company to perform these post-construction services.
